Turned up at my door in Braintree Essex offering to clean, seal and re-sand joints on my driveway, very dubious initially but agreed in the end.
They were quite disorganised, both time wise and equipment wise, but eventually they did a very good job.
The young man that cleaned the driveway did a good job however the company left before cleaning away the debris left by the pressure washing.
As they were working near our home the next day, we asked that they finish the job by clearing away the debris which I was assured they would....they never turned up. We contacted them by text and by phone but did not receive a response which was extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend you using this company.
This guy came to my door and we agreed haveing the roof cleaned and sealed and my driveway really good job more than happy very polite guy and done everything he say he do very professional highly recommend 5-star cleaning and home improvement
Door to door sales but didnt deliver what they promised. They were supposed to seal the driver after cleaning but didnt. They were supposed to clean up but didnt. Dont use them. They are cowboys
Absolutely agree with Harry Anderson. We had them do some cleaning jobs a few days ago. They go from house to house asking for work (driveway, gutter, roof, etc. cleaning), do a quick job (i.e. a quick splash) and then onto the next nearby house, for more quick cash. And yes, literally, they only take cash. In addition, if you can't check / see their work, I won't be surprised if they've not done it.
You could easily find someone else who charges the same price (or cheaper) and does ten times better than them and is also trustworthy.
They go by the name "5 Star Cleaning" or "5 Star Cleaning & Home Improvements". The team wears blue workwear and drives a rather tired, fading-red van with collision dent at the side towards the rear.
