Sorted, a new quick *FREE* hosted package for my site, what a brilliant service, puts smiles on faces.

Being a first timer at this sort of thing I was a bit weary on who to go with, Then I came across 5quidhost, I was a little stuck with what to actually do I tried to figure it out by myself but had to email them...as soon as I sent the email I had a reply withing half an hour, they explained to me exactly what to do genuinely helpful. I would highly recommend 5quidhost Iv already been telling people.

Had a couple of support questions on the Saturday evening when I bought the hosting. Email was answered within the hour - amazing service!

I have used 5QH for a number of websites and they cvannot be beaten on service and speed.. Staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful and are always on hand when I need them...

I cannot praise 5Quid Hosting enough. Having never created a website before and maintain the back end as administrator when I have encountered problems and googling has not provided an solution I have contacted 5Quid Hosting now for 3 different issues and within 1 or 2 hours I have received a response and a solution.

I use five quid to host a number of sensitive and busy accounts. They lock down their servers properly, update them religiously and manage services professionally. This means there are compromises in what we can do, but always for worthwhile security/operational concerns which other hosting companies side-step. During Hurricane Sandy they moved hosts twice without major outage. If they can survive "Hell and High Water", and concerted hacking attempts they get my vote, and my business.

Had some problems purely due to my lack of it ability and the customer service was excellent. Can not fault. Also the cost (free for the simplist) was great

I decided my current host was charging too much for hosting that I hardly used with a poor control panel.

5QuidHost offers a range of simple packages where you simply pay monthly for the package which offers the bandwidth you need.

Currently I am using the free package which has a low bandwidth limit and some restrictions but payed packages start from under £2 which is perfect for a low traffic/content website and as soon as you are on a paid for package you get all the features of the other packages (just less bandwidth). Upgrading is really easy and I intend to make more use of my site and upgrade to a paid package when required.

Signing up was really simple.
The backend is configured with CPanel which is really good to use.
When I signed up I made an error in my e-mail address entry (at about 10pm) I sent in a support ticket. The next morning I found a reply resolving this for me had been send around 11pm. Excellent support.

I have used 5quidhost for several websites because their service does all I ask from it. And when I mess things up or don't understand, they have excellent customer service that gets me out of trouble every time. Highly recommended.

No catches or nasty surprises - did just what it said. A query was answered within minutes. Orders and upgrades all took place well within an hour. Very happy so far.

I wish I had discovered 5quihost a long time ago.

I am currently using the 5quidhost's 'Free' hosting service which gives me sufficient storage (and bandwidth) for my needs as they stand at the moment. I will probably sign up for their £5/month service at some point as my needs grow. So, yes, it all seems friendly and everything's working as it should. I discovered 5quidhost after I did a Google search for free hosting as I didn't want to use anything like Dropbox or Mediafire or the clumsy OneDrive. I want people to be able to link to my files without any fuss whatsoever, and my account with 5quidhost makes that possible. I must say that 5quidhost's Free service is very generous, and I'm grateful for it (they do a £5 and I think a £10/month plan as well which gives far greater storage and bandwidth). From my experience with them so far (I've been signed up about 2 weeks), I recommend 5quidhost.

I have no reservations about endorsing 5quid. Just in terms of set-up for example. Great for the experienced web builder of course but worth a mention for first timers. All account set up info - nameservers, root folders etc are cryptic with many hosts. 5quid have the most insightful and thought through set up text in easy to follow detail. Top hosting that defies the value for money tag.

Easy to set up and use. Reasonable prices and a very useful (although fairly limited) free option providing enough to try it out and get going.

The limits on accounts could be a bit more generous, but overall I was very impressed by this company and I did look at quite a lot of alternatives!

Looking for affordable Wordpress hosting to trial a new website, I came across 5quidhost and couldn't have been happier with the service.

Impressed by the fact that their free hosting solution was not limited by features, but only by size/bandwidth, I took that option in order to try out the service and see if it would work for me.

I'm very pleased to say it did.

I had my whole hosting solution set up withn no time at all, and launched my site later that day.

Now that I know I can rely on 5quidhost for fast, effective service that meets my needs, I'm hoping to use them again, this time with their paid hosting, for other websites which I need to launch.

5quidhost have a really great selection of hosting packages all of which are well priced and give decent amounts of storage and bandwidth. The setup process was straight forward and I had my web hosting setup and confirmed by a person within 24 hours. The service feels much more personal than some of the bigger hosts due to the more friendly and human email communication during the setup process. So far I've only been th em for a few weeks on the starter package they offer but I'm confident that the service will impress me enough to secure my custom on one their more inclusive paid for offerings.

I've been with 5quidhost since 2009 and now have a number of website which are hosted with them.
I am a semi technical person and the support I have had from 5quid has been amazing and, they have helped me with a LOT of queries over the years.
Support queries have always been dealt with in a timely and professional manner and they always seem happy to help me with anything from things I have broken to how to increase site speed.
Always reliable and I've always recommended them to other people too - well done 5quid!

Compared to other hosting services I have used 5quidhost is by more the most easy to use, from start to finish you just follow the steps, even sorting the setting for the email account was a breeze
