No goodwill gesture here.

While looking at my voucher for £50 spend for £35 I accidentally clicked on the "extend expiry date " and was charged an extra £32 for my mistake .When I finally managed to contact someone at 5pm I was told that the charge was non refundable. When I asked for a credit of the amount to be put into my 5pm account I was told that wasn't possible.
So I've ended up paying £67 for a £50 spend in a restaurant.
No such thing as "goodwill gesture " with 5pm
Won't be using them again.
