first order went without a glitch. Received the order within a week. 2nd order was made almost 3 weeks ago and still hasn't shipped. Emails and calls to 5dtactical go unanswered. I'm about to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Where do I start? Communication is terrible. Going on 6 weeks for them to ship simple replacement parts for their router jig platform. Emails take 5 or more days for a response which is a cut and paste “we’re working on it” answer. Don’t waste your time with this company, router bearing plate worn out after 4 lowers and mild use, a lot of money spent for a cheap product and zero follow through in customer service.
This site is a scam, stay away, they take your money and do not ship products.
