Two weeks and still no reply
I’ve been trying to get in touch with the 5DayDeal support team for two weeks now, but I haven’t received any response. I’ve reached out via their email address, contact form, and Instagram. The only time I heard back was when they tried to upsell me a bundle I wasn’t interested in, when I followed up with a different question, I got no reply.
That’s disappointing, especially since I’ve been a customer since 2022. I’m still open to updating my rating if they respond to my email soon.

I am thoroughly amazed at the value provided in these 5Day Deals! Something over 50 courses from KelbyOne, alone and courses and benefits from others, as well. And, on top of all that, for a very modest investment, you also support some worthy charity causes. Nothing I've ever experienced in the past has been so beneficial, both to me and to others. this year there is an extra charge if you want to download video tutorials
I was happy with previous experience with 5 day deal. This year things have changed and it is not obvious until you've made a purchase. Unlike in previous years the video tutorials this year are not available to download unless an additional payment is made.

Is this review based on the quality and quantity of products we offer in our bundles? We would love to be rated on that instead of receiving a 1 star rating for an option fee you are not thrilled with. This is why the fee is optional.
We appreciate your purchases and support and very sorry for the disappointment about that optional fee as we don't want any of our customers to feel like we were unclear about the bundle on our sales page. This is why we share about the Download Access Pass no less than 3 times on the page from bottom to top.
1x In VAULT Membership Info near the top of the page in the main bundle.
2x in the area with the title Around the clock streaming access.
1x in the FAQ under “How long do I have access to stream and download?”
We work hard to be very clear with all the information on our sales page. We also show the Download Access Pass on the checkout page above the checkout button with an image, more full description and a dedicated area to make 100% sure customers know about it before placing their order. We have worked hard to make this change very clear and obvious but would welcome any constructive and helpful feedback on how we can improve here and glad to consider it.
Glad to share the why behind this change as well in case helpful.
In light of increasing costs, we’ve made adjustments to our offerings to ensure customers are still able to purchase or main bundle - worth more than $2,000 on it’s own, - for less than $100. In order to do this, we had to introduced a new pricing model that separates standard streaming from premium Download Access but still allows all customers access to training materials, along with practice files when relevant.
This change allows us to keep our core offering affordable for everyone. It also provides an option for those who prefer to stream content exclusively, so they don’t pay for access they don’t need.
We’re committed to enhancing our platform and content continually. This change will help us do just that, ensuring you receive the best educational experience possible.

Obtaining even the most basic information feels like a gamble
This latest experience has been incredibly frustrating. The 5daydeal team seriously needs to reevaluate their customer support. For some reason, every interaction has been nothing short of stressful. Obtaining even the most basic information feels like a gamble, and I find myself hoping for a straightforward answer to a simple question. Unfortunately, my latest interaction with them left me bewildered as the response provided did not address my query at all. It genuinely makes me question if they actually read and consider customer emails. This has been an overall disappointing experience.

Thanks for sharing your experience here. As I have done multiple time via email I just want to reiterate how sorry I am for this customer experience that does not meet our expectations or yours. I hope the amends we have have made via email have gone a long way to show this is not a normal customer experience or one that we find acceptable.
We are also working with our customer support agent on this issue and are doing a refresh on training they had 2+ years ago on making sure to thoroughly read the emails and reply to address all questions and concerns.

Perfect for landscape photography among other disciplines
I really like the 5dd this year. I like to photography landscapes together with other disciplines and with the courses included I am sure I will improve my knowledge and my photographs will get better with the practice and using the tips of the teachers of the courses. I also bought the 5dd in 2018 and 2019 and It was one of the best decisions I made in order to improve my photography.

This is the best and cheapest valuable source of professional content to improve your skills as a photographer. I'm a fan since the first launch in 2014 and the three bundles I already purchased have increased my knowledge and skills exponentially and in many areas.
