If I were to compare my energy to a smartphone battery, it would look like this:
Before I started using 5AM Fuel, and even before reading the wonderful book The 5 AM Club, I used to wake up with about 40% battery. By noon, I would already be down to 5%, and I needed a fast charge — usually an hour of sleep — just to recharge.
After six months of 5AM Fuel and discipline (because that’s the only way it really works), I can say that I now wake up at 5:30 AM, and when I go to bed at 10 PM, I still have about 20% battery left.
Highly recommended!

Fast delivery and clear communication

Superb taste and it actually works. At first I thought it was only for people who wake up at 5am, which I’m not (yet), but it’s great for any time in the morning. The packaging is well thought out too, and it’s easy to travel with anywhere.

I m drinking it more than 5 months now , the taste is great , it arrives always on time, and i feel the energy everyday.

I rarely review products, but as a high achiever myself and someone who scans every detail of the product: from values to recyclability to formula, this is from now on my go to for energy. If you are on the fence, GET IT, it is worth way more than its price.

After almost two months of taking 5AM Fuel daily, I can honestly say it’s a total game changer. I only started feeling the effects around the second week — more focus, steady energy, and an incredible mental clarity first thing in the morning. Now I feel unstoppable: I wake up ready to take action, my body responds better, and my productivity throughout the day has skyrocketed. It’s one of those supplements that truly delivers, but consistency is key. Stick with it, and the results are absolutely worth it.

Customer service has been great and I've managed to get over my caffeine/pre workout addiction with 5am fuel. I'm very fussy when it comes to flavour and the fruity flavour is delicious!

One sache was open and the contents in it had got wet perhaps due to moisture and it had spilled the sticky contents on other saches.

Late delivery was an issue. E mail said 18th of august but delivery was later than that.

No difference in my energy

you had been very bad in comunciation . i has sent numorous emails , yo uonly repleid once and then ignored again . then you charged me 3 times without sending anything, you made me lose time chasing the payments to cancel my orders. and you kepo t ignoring
then you started sendng pachanges and you sent them but the overexperince has been very bad

I’ve been drinking 5am fuel every morning for a week now. I *LOVE* the taste. I’m going to keep it going as a daily morning ritual, I literally can’t wait to drink it every day. You just can’t go wrong with the incredible list of ingredients. I feel like I’m doing me and my future self a massive favour every single morning by incorporating this and spending the money.
