Shipping is very slow
Shipping is very very slow, think I'll go elsewhere from now on and after reading other reviews about customer service being awful and questions on weather items are even authentic I'm now too nervous to purchase from here again.

They promised me 5 perfume samples as a new customer, so I kindly asked for the ones I wanted to try, but I only received 2 cheap samples. FYI, I bought 2 niche perfumes from them.
Don't promise something you can't fulfill.
Their customer service didn't not apologise or anything. Their reply was arrogant.

All arrived on time packaged well. The samples I bought were fiiled all the way. The only bummer is that on the free gift samples they gave me two of the same one (which is an old fashioned mature female perfume). Could be nicer to get different ones.

Starting to think this is a scam site with COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS because I have received a bottle recently that smells nothing like what I've bought before directly from manufacturer. Sent a query, took ages to reply to say they don't have any reports of product being of a bad batch. No further investigation. Perfume still crap.
