I purchased this because I wanted to be able to use three4K displays with a MacBook Pro purchased in 2022. It does indeed allow you to connect all three displays. Unfortunately the resolution is so grainy that it’s not worth using. I have since gone back to my CalDigit dock, which I use with two4K displays. I tried this display with only two displays and the quality of the image was lower than that of the older CalDigit one.

Shipping took about 2-3 weeks. The product is fine. You should show the estimate shipping time somewhere.

The 4URPC is a very good docking station for my MacBook pro laptops. The company is also very responsive to any issues and when it comes to shipping the merchandise. Will purchase again and highly recommend to others.

This is an excellent docking station (DS-C06). Quite frankly, I expected a lot less performance, considering the price of the unit. However, connected to my M1 Max MacBook Pro, and to two HDMI external monitors, the 4URPC dock performs just as well as an Anker PowerExpand (which is nearly twice the price of the 4URPC dock) and FAR outperforms a comparably priced Utechsmart 15-in-1 (the 4URPC has roughly 5x Ethernet throughput of the Utechsmart, and is able to drive the external monitors which the Utechsmart was not able to do). I am really impressed with this docking station, especially for the price.

UPDATE: When the M1 Max MBP wakes up from sleep, the external monitors can be 'swapped' -- i.e., the monitor on the left is now being displayed on the right, and vice versa. I have to go into Displays and switch them back. I wasn't sure if this was a MacOS issue or a dock issue. I called AppleCare, got sent to Tier-2 support, and they had to look into it with Engineering. They got back to me the next day -- Engineering acknowledged that this is a known bug in MacOS; they have apparently had "a lot of reports" of this problem, and they are working on a fix for it, which will be included in some future release. Specifically, it is NOT a bug in the dock.

The product that I purchased did not work as expected. Nevertheless, they refund my money with told me not to return the device. Very serious and honest company.

In order to add a 2nd external monitor to my MacBook Pro, I bought 4URPC’s 10-in1 USB C Hub. I was extremely happy that the Hub arrived so quickly and that it did everything it was advertised to do! Not only was I able to have 2 external monitors in my system, the 4URPC Hub helped to organize and tame all of the computer wires, making my desk neat and tidy once again. I’m positive anyone buying this product will be glad they did so. It’s a well made, extremely useful product. Equally important, the 4URPC service people are immediately responsive, helpful and honest about any questions or issues.

The 4Urpc unit I purchased worked right out from the box. It also looks smart and neat, not taking too much space from my desk. Highly recommended.
