Slow to provide certificates of destruction
We've used 4th Bin twice for data destruction; they've been very slow with us both occasions to get our certificates of destruction. If that component is important to your organization, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I'm so sorry you're not satisfied with our service.
Our policy is that certificates are delivered within 30 days of pickup and receipt of final payment. We have this time-frame to allow us to perform the work that we're certifying. We do not generate documents until the actual work is complete. This policy is on the scheduling email that every customer receives.
We've reviewed your account so that we can understand your concerns. On the first pickup, you are 100% correct. We missed our deadline. We are very sorry for that mistake. On your most recent pickup, your certificate was delivered within the 30 day time-frame.
Regardless, we take customer service levels very seriously. We're going to engage in a review of our documentation process to see if we're consistently delivering within the timeframes we promise. If we see a systemic problem, we will address and correct it to make sure that we are keeping our clients happy and satisfied.

Extremely organized and reliable
Extremely organized and reliable. I always receive my certificate of hard drive destruction without fail. Very simple to request pickup. Reasonable prices and very good followup. Have used for years and would never switch.
