I ordered a phoenix half zip and a Devan half zip. Beautiful colours, very comfortable, fit perfectly and the delivery was very fast. Ordered on Sunday and delivered on Tuesday.

First time using this company

First time using this company. Ordered during the sale. One of the bralettes is faulty and I explained this in an email. 3 days later im told to return it for refund. Great so I thought. Then I emailed back how do I return it as no return docket. They replied 5 DAYS later and told me the details but I need to pay dpd to return it. So a faulty item which only cost me 10 but still not the point. So I've to pay maybe 8 euro to return this item and get 2 euro back as a result. Extremely poor customer service. First and last time using them

Poor Customer Service & Delivery times

I don’t leave bad reviews but I am very disappointed. Order was placed on the 2nd of the month. It’s now the 14th of the month, no tracking status and item has still not been delivered. Bare in. Mind it is coming from Dublinand I am based within Ireland. 12 days for national delivery is ridiculous.
To further frustrate the situation I have emailed and have not received a response as to whether the item is shipped or cancelled or in transit. There doesn’t seem to be a contact number to call. Very poor customer service from a reputable company.

Placed an order & emailed 4th Arq…

Placed an order & emailed 4th Arq within the hour to advise that I had moved house & forgotten to update the address. Customer service advised that the address couldnt be updated and the order couldn't be cancelled, but if I wanted to return the item that wouldn't be an issue..... how could I return an item delivered to the wrong address?!?

Incredibly unhelpful customer service. I will be avoiding this company in future.

Ordered a new 4th arq fleece from the…

Ordered a new 4th arq fleece from the warehouse sale. The fleece is not the same quality as previous fleeces I have ordered. It is very light and you can feel the difference In quality the minute you put it on. Perhaps there is a reason for the big sale at the moment. Will not be purchasing any more 4th arq products.

I ordered Devan half zip in pebble…

I ordered Devan half zip in pebble colour. What I received doesn't match the original picture on their website. Originally the brand tag on chest is in black colour and I got half zip where the brand tag is not black but in the same colour as the half zip is. Also colour is not pebble as picture shows, but cream and quality is so bad and even size XS is sooo buggy specially sleeves on shoulders, overall looks cheap. Probably I won't buy them anymore.

Horrible customer support

Horrible customer support. Never experienced anything like it. Ordered a hotshot pink Devan half zip. This jumper came with black marks on the zipper and a black mark on the front of the jumper and smelled like cigarettes. I ordered it back on the 20th of February, emailed about the issue the minute I opened it which was the 23rd of February and didn’t hear back from them until the 5th of March!!!! Sent it back within the week of receiving….. it is now the 1st of April and I’m still waiting on a refund. They have told me three times already it would be with me in 3-5 business days…. Over a month ago…. still no refund.

Ordered for the first time from 4th ARQ…

Ordered for the first time from 4th ARQ for a Christmas present. I was so impressed with the quality, I had to order one for myself. Returned a size too large but unfortunately had a problem with customs delivery. The team sorted this out within minutes of me contacting them. Highly recommend and will be purchasing from the brand again.

Ridiculously high postage to return

Ridiculously high postage to return. I have bought 4 fleeces and encouraged family members to do the same. I will now be telling them to steer clear.
Lovely fleeces but postage is shocking.
DO NOT BUY if you are not sure of sizing or colour

I recently purchased one of their…

I recently purchased one of their fleeces and was very disappointed with the quality. The material is low quality polyester and does not provide the level of warmth I expected. In comparison, I own items from Primark that are significantly better in quality at half the price. This experience highlights how strong branding and influencer promotion can sometimes outweigh actual product value.

Rubbish quality sadly

Have bought loads of 4th Arq items and probably will continue to buy loads but the quality is so bad. I just like the look and the style.
I bought one of the leopard print style jumpers and haven't worn it much and all the stitching has come out. It looks awful. At the shoulder a big bit of plastic is hanging out. A friend pointed it out to me, quite embarassing.
Emailed the company and they didn't seem to care. Didn't offer a refund/ discount voucher or a replacement. NOTHING.
Said "thanks for telling us" basically. Quite disappointing.
Also shocking if you ever need to send a refund. Costs £10 minimum from Scotland so no point returning anything.
Could be a good company but they need to provide better customer service.

Absolutely the worst customer service…

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Even companies like shein have better service. Their half zips are decent quality however if you ever have to return them , you will never get your money back or you will be chasing them up with them for over 2 months.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, even trying to get someone to reply to an email is nearly impossible and the returns procedure is shocking. I paid £5 for delivery and as I am in Northern Ireland, it cost me £13.70 to return, nearly £20 on postage alone for a £35 fleece. They don’t offer exchanges either, if you want a different size etc you have to do a brand new order and pay again for postage, definitely won’t be buying again.

Would never buy from 4th arq again

Would never buy from 4th arq again. I’ve bought over 20 fleeces over the years and the last few I’ve bought the zips have broken. The Sloane half zip is meant to be their more premium fleece and I bought in September worn a handful of times and it’s destroyed zip completely ripped. Zero customer service too

Customer service an issue

I was very happy initially. Great turn around on my 1st order which had to be returned due to sizing issues and a prompt refund to be fair. Ordered a different size which again wasn’t fitting so I ordered the next size. Still not right so I re ordered again and there was a delay in shipping so it never arrived in time for my holiday.On my return I posted back both shipments but I have only received a refund on one of my shipments. I have sent emails with just an automated response and no other response to date and this is going on since before Xmas.

Faulty zip

My daughter gift me a 4th arq for my bday in June. Was worn a handful of times and the zip broke. I emailed on 01 Dec and they were very slow getting back to me received email yesterday and as my daughter purchased it in the March its outside their fault goods policy even tho it was only worn from the June so less the 6 months for a handful of times. Will never purchase again me or my family.
