This platform is very easy to use
This platform is very easy to use. As you are under such a stress from circumstance around not having enough money for your purpose this platform is not giving you more stress.
Create the fund is very easy process same as promoting as they create also QR codes and posters. So you can just print it out or share on your socials.
Also withdraw is easy and quick. I was very surprised even we haven't reached the final amount of money.

I made a withdrawal with success on my bank account. Firstly I’ve been asked to pay a symbolic amount of 1€ via bank just to verify and connect my bank details.
In a few days I had back this amount and then the real withdrawal came.

We were able to support our friend, which is priceless
experienced some difficulties connecting a bank account to the 4fund account. Unfortunately, this was a time-sensitive matter, as we needed the funds to support a patient’s medical treatment.
In situations like this, I would really appreciate a more prompt way of reaching support. Due to the high volume of requests, each email response from 4 fund took some time, which was understandably frustrating given the urgency. Having an option to contact support by phone or live chat would be very helpful, especially when dealing with urgent or sensitive fundraising matters. When the focus should be on helping someone in need, having to resolve administrative issues can add unnecessary stress.
That said, once I was able to get in touch with the support team, the help I received was amazing. The communication, attitude, and willingness to help were all excellent.
Overall, 4fund helped us support our friend during an incredibly difficult time, and for that I am truly grateful. Thank you.
