Beware of Fraud – My Honest Experience with 4Fox Business Solutions
I had a terrible and unfortunate experience with 4Fox Business Solutions. I was lured in by their false commitments and promises. As per the agreement, I paid them in advance for specific services that were to be delivered within 10–20 days. However, not only did they fail to fulfill their commitments, but they also demanded additional payments for the same services that were supposedly already covered.
When I asked for updates or proof of any work done, they had nothing concrete to show. All I saw was one product added to my Amazon dashboard—with zero quantity and incorrect image sizes (despite giving them the right ones). I repeatedly requested corrections, but instead of fixing their mistakes, they tried to charge me more and claimed these were extra services—even though they were clearly included in the agreement I signed and paid for.
After that, communication stopped completely. Their team stopped responding in the WhatsApp group, no one answered my calls, and I was left with no service and no refund.
To make things worse, I later found out that most of their positive reviews online are fake and paid. One of their team members even contacted me offering to post five fake 5-star reviews for ₹2000. That says a lot about how they operate.
Please do not fall for their scam. They will take your money, make fake promises, and leave you with nothing. Stay far away from 4Fox Business Solutions. I hope this review saves someone else from going through the same frustration and financial loss I did.
