I recently placed an order based on glowing Trustpilot reviews and a recommendation from the breeder who sold me my puppy. Little did I know that this would lead to an experience I now deeply regret.
Upon receiving my order, I was greeted with what can only be described as the most poorly packaged items I’ve ever encountered. It seems the choice of a recycled box from another store was a bold statement on your part—perhaps an effort to showcase your commitment to sustainability? Or could it be a subtle hint at cost-saving measures? The box was cut down to size in an impressive attempt to save on your “free delivery,” resulting in a package that looked, shall we say, less than appealing.
As someone who conducts 97% of my shopping online, I’ve come to appreciate the importance of presentation. The condition of the packaging often reflects the care taken with the items inside. Unfortunately, what I received suggested a rather casual approach to quality control.
Adding to the irony, I was delighted to discover that returning the package would come at a cost. Your lengthy email, with its emphatic capitalized reminders not to use silver tape, was truly enlightening. I want to clarify that we didn’t even dare to open the package, nor do we plan to. It will be returned in the same pristine condition it arrived in—an outstanding tribute to your standards.
For a first order of over 3,000 SEK, it feels offensive, to say the least, to have received a package packed with so much disdain. We were expecting something beautifully packaged and professionally done—not a jigsaw puzzle of goods crammed into a recycled box, cut down to size, and held together with an excessive amount of tape. It’s quite ironic that you request customers to avoid using silver tape, while you’ve clearly opted for a generous application of tape instead. I suppose you want to "reuse" that same box, yikes...
I will also be forwarding the photos and complaints to Klarna, just to ensure that my experience is thoroughly documented. Rest assured, this will be the first and last time I order from your esteemed establishment.

You are right, it is for the concern of the environment that we reuse boxes and cut them down in size to fit the content. It feels both responsible and right for us, considering how the earth's resources are used. Cutting them down also ensures that the content will be safely packed and not fall around in the box and be damaged in the transport. This is extra important because we often send quality products with a high order value.
In order to keep prices as low as possible and to protect the environment, the customer is responsible for the return cost in the event of a regretted purchase. As a customer, you have the opportunity to choose the return method that is easiest and cheapest for you.

Delayed Order
I have ordered my items on 26th of February and hasn’t received them yet. I have sent an email but noone has replied yet. So l have no idea about my order right now and when l am gonna pick them up.
