No respect for the warranty period

Do NOT buy from 4bad unless you do not care at all about guaranty and dealing with a company that do not bother to respond to emails! I bought a very expensive showpipe from Hans Grohe from 4bad. Unfortunately the thermostat broke after a few month, and as it turned out 4bad was unwilling to pay back the expenses for having it fixed. They even did not bother to respond to several mails translated to German. What a bad experience!
