While the product hasnt worked for my skin type I did find customer service to be great. I was contacted about my review within hours and offered further advice on different products to purchase. Although I have not taken this offer up due to not wanting to to purchase quite expensive products with will probably not work.
Correction after further emails with *Abi* from customer care they are not proper personalised emails they are standard scripts. I thought the speed of response was great but now within one minute of an email received it must pick up key words to formulate a ai response. I was recommended to trial the product that did not work for me for £83.
Not recommended I’m afraid.
Not happy with the response to this reply. I have been contacted by customer services and this does not reflect the same reply.. the recommendations were wrong the information was wrong.. the ai bot should have been declared. I feel foolish!

This product really works
This product has really improved the condition of my skin. I’ve suffered from outbreaks my whole life and this serum has finally given me a way to control my acne. It’s an amazing product and I’m just lucky I decided to give it a try.

Skincare that actually works
Products do what they are advertised to, they clear blemishes, help minimise redness and scarring from acne as well as prevent further breakouts, breakdown blackheads and reduce bumps and pores on the skin.
