It has been my third time like this, will pay on the machine is more safer to be sure about how many hours to stay!!!
Need a refund at least to avoid paying 2 times, the parking fee + fine!!

I had a confirmed parking session through 4411, explicitly approved until the end of March. Their own team confirmed this. But without warning, the session was automatically ended on March 18, simply because I started a new session elsewhere with the same license plate - something I was never warned about, and that remained invisible in the app. So I kept parking under the assumption that everything was fine. No alert. No pop-up. Nothing.
Result? Five fines from the City of Brussels, all because 4411’s system decided to end my valid session without telling me. When I contacted them, their answer was essentially: “Too bad, not our problem. Talk to someone else.”
Let’s be clear:
- They confirmed my parking was valid.
- Their system ended it without consent or notice.
- I was left to deal with the fallout.
This is not just bad customer service — it’s systemic negligence, and frankly borders on scamming. Hiding behind "another company writes the fines" doesn't erase the fact that they created the problem in the first place.
If you want to park without having to worry about your session disappearing behind your back, stay far away from 4411. They take no responsibility, offer no help, and leave you to pay for their system’s failures.

The worst parking app ever. They overcharge and send threatening mails and texts. I was threatened with legal action for a late payment of 6,85. despite having paid !!!
The payment system is not in sync with the mail and text reminders.

The customer service provided by 4411 is extremely poor, and their app is filled with numerous bugs.
As a result of these app errors leading to disconnections from the parking service, I've received two fines from the Brussels Police.
Additionally, they have billed me for 8 hours of parking, despite my providing evidence to the contrary.They continue to insist that their database is correct & I am lying. I have been proactively contacting you because I find this unfair that I am charged for a service which I haven’t used. Why would I spend so much time in writing mails and contacting you when I know I have been charged wrongly.
This experience with your service has left me profoundly disappointed, forced me to encourage my entire family to transition to a different parking app. It's disgraceful how 4411 deceive and show a lack of empathy towards their clients. Shame on you, 4411.

I was charged for a car that I rented months ago and for which I deleted the plate from the app directly after renting it (I used the option in the app to add a plate for a temporary time, which clearly does not work because I was charged long after that). I was charged for this other car several times even though this plate had been removed from my user (so it's a clear bug in the app and not a mistake on the user end). I called customer service to explain twice (first time was a more than a month ago) and to this day I have not been paid back and now I’m not even able to use the app. This seems to be a bug that happened to several users and I cannot understand that they haven’t fixed it yet. Avoid at all cost.

Horrible service and (non-existing) responsiveness. The 4411 meter is still running for six days, despite contacting and informing them. “More busy than usual,” I can imagine if your technology and reactivity fail.

I parked at Waagnatie parking in Antwerp. I opened 4411 to pay, and got a message that the camera had registered my entry. Which made me believe everything was fine. When I left, I got same message, I assumed parking was OK. To my surprise, I got a 44 € fine a couple of weeks later. It should be more clear from the message when opening 4411 that this parking area is not covered by 4411, and one should go and pay separately for the parking

If I had one feedback point, it would be to allow us to add the free parking time (15min) before starting our session. Very small thing that Yellowbrick supports which is quite nice.

There is no possibility to set a timer. For example to parked for an hour. Other apps do have this possibility (yellow brick)...

Reached out to their customer service because I was charged for a parking session that was not initiated by me. I had a rental car and had set on the app for the licence plate of that car to be removed automatically after a couple of days, which was not done. Understandably concerned and frustrated, I immediately contacted 4411's customer service for help in resolving this issue.
Not only did they fail to assist me with a legitimate issue, but they also displayed a shocking level of indifference and apathy towards their customers.
Little did I know that reaching out to their customer service would be an exercise in futility. The representatives I encountered seemed utterly disinterested in my problem and were shockingly unhelpful. They demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and a total disregard for resolving my problem. Instead of offering a solution or even a hint of sympathy, they coldly brushed me off, leaving me to deal with the unjust charges on my own.
What truly astounds me is the sheer audacity of a company that claims to offer a service but fails so spectacularly at basic customer support. It is evident that 4411 prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction, as they demonstrated zero willingness to rectify a situation that was clearly caused by their flawed system.
I implore anyone considering using 4411 in Belgium to think twice before entrusting them with your business. The complete lack of accountability, empathy, and assistance is a glaring red flag that should deter anyone from engaging with this company. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss by avoiding 4411 at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable options available that actually value their customers and strive for a satisfactory customer experience. Moving to Seety !

I see you answered below here that you do offer phone support. Where on earth on your website is the phone number?? I looked high and low. When you click contact all you get as option is a contact form.
Also, only answering within 5 days to support requests is not acceptable. Also no phone or chat support. So we should just not park for 5 days??

I’ve had the exact same experience as other people where i was charged without notice a day ticket while their service promotes itself as a “pay per hour”. It truly is a scam and will be looking for legal advice since it’s clear from reviews that their business practice is purposely measleading and no changes have been made to avoid confusion.
