I am an employee and the customer service is almost non existent. When someone called me back they did no real verifications Fidelity does. Additionally, it was extremely hard to get my funds released. Then extremely difficult to disburse and not a user error either. I am questioning thier compliance and service. I'd say I could of done better via an investment app. I dont have any trust in this company. I would not reccomend them. Spend the money if you are an Employer and use a company like Fidelity.
