I purchased this eye shadow #793 at Primor, after a few uses the cream became rock sold and was in usable. I loved the colour but a complete waste of money!

The no-rules blush stick is of a completely different color from the pictures and its own packaging.. I don't know if there has been a mistake assembling it or if every piece has that tone, but it's light and really another color.

I’ve reviewed 3ina before but just gotta share the love again for this company! Great credentials, and good communication and delivery every time. Plus the packaging is super cute, and I want everything in every colour.

I couldn't find my eyeliner locally so had to order it on the 3ina site. It was VERY EASY, they had the colors I wanted and the process with exchange from U.S. to Euro was seamless. I got my eyeliner within a few days, shorter than I get U.S. packages. I will definitely order again when needed.

Good description of products on website with photos and videos of products in use. Good discount on some products. Delivery was quick as promised. I particularly liked my All in One Complexion brush.

It has been over a week. I still have not received my order. I have reached out multiple times without any help. Terrible customer service. I am so upset

I have reached out to the company 4 times and have yet to get any information on what happened to my package. I reached out twice prior to delivery when I saw that the DHL package had a completely different address than what was listed when I had placed my order. Yet I never heard back. Then after my package got delivered to the wrong address I reached out twice again to see what can be done for me. It’s been over a week now since I received an email saying that 3ina has “contacted the logistic company to offer you a solution.“ I am still waiting on any follow up for my issue.

I really liked my products. Price point was good and quality was nice. The mascara is a bit lumpy, I don't mind but just beware of this.

I love the No Rules products- i mix the colours together. When travelling the products are easy to pack.

I bought a pink and an orange mascara; The pink is perfect; The orange clumps enormously.
The eye gloss doesn't work. The twist mechanism to get the gel out is malfunctioning

Just love the colours and quality and presentation of the items I bought.
Most of all the price is affordable.

Nice product & packaging. Arrived in a decent amount of time. Felt moisturizing on lips; blended well with other colors.

Very happy with these products! Perhaps only expected my orange liquid eyeliner to be more “orange” but I am obsessed with the purple one I’ve originally bought!
