I appreciate the guidance I got from personnel at 3H Linen while making decisions about my purchase. My order was for custom curtains, so I had to get it right as there are no returns for custom orders.

Communication was good! We are happy with our curtains (color and linen w/blackout backing)! Our bedroom is definitely cooler allowing for better sleep.
Getting the swatches took longer than expected, but the end result, with a bit of patience... wha-la! We are satisfied customers!

First, the customer service from 3H Linen is second to none. The updates sent to me personally during the process were greatly appreciated. The curtains arrived nicely packaged and exact to our measurements and specifications. I look forward to my next order and highly recommend this phenomenal family owned business. And of course I am in love with my curtains!

No communication and no curtain for a month. Will wait 2 more weeks and call the attorney. Just double checked on the banking app and yes it is definitely paid, had to scroll down for some time to find the transaction.
If you want a nice curtain for your teenage son, you better order it as soon as he is born.

I love this shop so much! The linen is great quality and looks really nice in my living room and dining room. The customer service is amazing - they reply quickly even with the time difference. The owner was super helpful, answered all my questions, and gave good suggestions. The delivery was really fast too. I'm very happy I found this shop and I'm planning to buy curtains for my bedroom and son room from them as well.

Great quality, love my new curtains.

Fabric quality was nice, but they only sent half of my order of one fabric, two yards instead of the four I paid for. Really disappointed at the incorrect product after all of the waiting.
Update as of 7/5/24: They responded and had the correct order sent with priority shipping. Item was still good quality and color, just wish that there hadn't been an issue before. They were very good about making sure it was right the second time.

I purchased a custom natural linen lined shower curtain. The quality of the shower curtain is amazing. I needed to order a custom size to ensure the shower curtain reached from floor to ceiling for an elevated look. I have 8 foot ceilings. It looks beautiful. Note: I may not have noticed in the description (my fault) but was surprised that it is recommended to be dry cleaned. Regardless, I would and will purchase another to have as a back up - when one is at the dry cleaners.

Excellent quality with a lot of options for curtain size and color.

Inaccurate website description. The curtain didn’t work as described and when I informed them, they recommended a different curtain that is advertised for a different kind of shower than I have. You better cross your fingers that their lined shower curtains work as described because if they don’t they’ll essentially tell you to deal with it while offering no real solution. Don’t trust this company.
