Excellent service from 3 Flow Drainage.

A very quick response, they were here within 10 minutes of my telephone call.

Darren was very efficient, explaining everything that was being done.

Really great - would recommend. Very responsive, turned up when they said they would. The work and pricing were clearly explained beforehand, and Darren was very friendly and professional, getting the job done quickly and thoroughly.
Good advice given about any future works which might be beneficial, but without any pushy hard-sell.

They were amazing!! Soo speedy to reply to my call, especially as it was close to 5pm to. They arrived soo fast, Kai sorted the issue soo quick, he told me what the issue was and how to mitigate it going forward. He was friendly and when explaining information he did not make me feel stupid or nervous (as I’m a lone female here) he was just lovely, and highly recommend the company and Kai. Thankyou again!!

Daren was great just sorted the problem with our blocked drain job done good service.

The technician (Max) arrived more or less at the time I was given, took one look at the problem (drain blockage), gave me a price and explanation of what was required and proceeded to carry out the works.
The blockage was quickly cleared and the price paid as agreed.
Max then went on to explain to us what we needed to do to prevent further blockages, which was extremely helpful.
I have no problem in recommending 3 Flow Drainage to any future clients.

On time, they resolved our problem with our pressure test by relining our pipes, good service and a happy customer.

Timely and professional very informative value for money

3 Flow was hired to reline drains on my property. Very satisfied with the experience from start to finish. Vic was very transparent with pricing and the whole team was professional and personable. Process was clearly explained and the work was completed efficiently.

Vic and Darren came out to CCTV and clear the drains, the CCTV showed the drains needed to be lined, this was booked in for the next day

Vic came out within the hour and cleared the blockage. Carried out a cctv and found the drain needs to be lined. This was booked in for the same day. Perfect service.

From arranging an appointment to completion of works could not find fault. Scott & Max explained all the works to be carried out in order to clear the blockage. It was explained to us there were several options and we chose to go ahead with power jet. It was also made clear that jet washing might not solve the problem but it was the first thing we should try and there would be a charge payable. The decision was left up to us whether to go ahead. Thankfully it solved the problems we had been facing and we could not have been happier with the outcome. Would have no hesitation in recommending
