Ordered Qidi Q1 Pro. Awesome so far! Gearing up to print in PET-CF, PPS-CF and others, but has handled PLA Plus flawlessly. I don’t normally leave reviews but I got an email after my order and thought why not. 3Dprintersbay was on point with the price and shipped it to me super fast. No complaints at all.

So, i'm not one to generally leave a bad review unless a company earns it, in this case 3DPrintersBay earned it, and more. I would leave the a zero star review if it was possible.
I purchased a Creality K2 Plus Combo with CFS System from them on a Monday, after checking with them to verify it was a new machine, not a refurbished machine, that was in stock and available. They responded to my e-mail stating if I ordered right away they would in fact be able to get the printer to me by Friday, and just to be sure was sending it FedEx Home that offers Saturday delivery in the event it got held up. Yeah, bull.
I got the tracking information from FedEx and it said Delivery wasn't going to be on Friday, wasn't going to be on Saturday either, instead Monday best case. I immediately contacted the company and offered to pay for 3 day service to ensure I had it for the weekend as promised. No reply.
E-mailed again, even submitted a support request ticket. Company has ghosted me and they have $1,200.00 of my money! Order it directly from Creality, it will get to you in the same amount of time and for the same price - without having to deal with a piss poor middle man that takes your money and ghosts you. I should have followed my gut when I discovered they didn't even have a phone number!

A few days ago I ordered an Algolaser Alpha 22 watt at 3Dprintersbay. The payment was made immediately via paypal. Up to now, 3 days until now, no response to my emails. Also in my order history the purchase can not be found. This will certainly be continued.
Update.
Now the problem appears to be that I first placed an order (as a guest) and then, there after, created an account. Email now runs smoothly and this store made a correct refund. Good handling and excellent guidance now makes me switch to 5 stars.

Great Customer Support Experience
The product arrived in good condition. One of the components failed several months later but still within the manufacturer's warranty period. I wasn't sure how that would work with a product purchased through a third-party vendor, but when I contacted them, 3DPrintersBay fascilitated the opening of a customer support ticket with Creality (the manufacturer) who provided a replacement part at no charge and walked me through the installation. It was a refreshingly painless process. I would definitely consider this a reputable business in light of the fact that they were far more accommodating and effective in handling my issue than most other businesses I've dealt with in regard to comparable matters.

Some small communication problems at the beginning but eventually their emails went to the spam box. Finally rather accommodating and fast in taking charge of the order (perhaps also helped a little by a first negative comment...).

I had purchased a creality Ender 3 s1 pro and afterwards I had looked up this company, the first thing that comes up is a Reddit post about how shady it is, but I had a great experience with them. One critique is that there should be more clarification on when orders are shipped to avoid any confusion on customers end, I had reached out to the support line through email and within a couple min I was greeted by Andy, they updated me on the status of my order, and gave me a shipping number. Wonderful customer experience, thanks again Andy.
Ender 3 s1 pro
I ordered an Ender 3 s1 pro that was said to be in stock. After having to contact them and they’re 3 day response time they said they’re waiting on a shipment. I tried to get a refund and then was told to wait a week it has now been a week and they haven’t responded to my emails sent me a tracking number or any updates on my order. Absolute worst communication or customer service these other positive reviews have to be fake. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for something that they’re website still states that they are in stock.
After posting this review I have changed it to 3 stars because they did reach out to me after the review and was able to receive my printer in good working condition.

Don't ever expect product support if they send you a defective product
Defective product sent and customer support was non-existent.
They sent the printer I ordered (Ender 5 Pro with BL Touch and glass bed upgrades), but the product was defective - a stray wire across the power to the bed heater to the bed sensor shorted the mainboard the first time I powered it up. I verified the problem first visually (after the short, I saw the stray wire!), then verified with an ohm meter that the MOSFET on the mainboard was fried, causing a runaway temperature on the bed during heating.
I reached out to their customer support - all I needed was to swap out the main board! They responded "thanks we'll get back to you". After a few days, I pinged them again, they said "swap the sensors of the bed and extruder and tell us what you see". I shook my head, but complied and faithfully reported back.
More crickets. After a few more days, I opened a second ticket and sent them a message on Facebook. They said "thanks, we'll check with our engineers and get back to you".
I know what "slow rolling" is when I see it. I waited two weeks, and have still heard nothing back. I finally ordered a replacement board off eBay, and put it in. It works fine...
I thought I had a problem and they solved it quickly.
I thought I had a problem and they responded promptly. It turned out that I was just impatient hut they tolerated me very well and tactfully informed me of what I needed to know. I will definitely buy from them again.
Good prices and pretty fast shipping/only gripe was trying to track my order
I had no problems with them shipping and receiving my 3D printer however I had to email them twice about my order pending for 5 days and once it completed, I had no way of tracking my order. If they were to fix the tracking issue I would give them 5 stars.
Excellent Prices, Super Fast Delivery, & Amazing Customer Service
I had read a few bad reviews online about 3D Printers Bay from years prior, but the more recent reviews were all solid, so I purchased an Ender 6 from them on sale at ~$100 cheaper than most were selling them at the moment AND with taxes included and free shipping. Having had a couple of very bad experiences with 3DP manufactures recently, I was definitely second-guessing the purchase the moment I completed the order.... But barely even TWO DAYS LATER the printer was in my hands in perfect working condition! Not only that, but they have communicated with me directly via email about shipping details, additional items and their availability, and subsequently asking very nicely for me to leave them a review here - which I am very happy to do!
This is obviously more than just a 3d printer middleman company - they are a well run online retailer that clearly has a solid grasp on their order fulfillment and customer relations duties. I don't think I've had a better online shopping experience in the last decade. 10/10 I will be checking their site first for any future 3DP needs!

Ok so I didn't do my due diligence on reviewing 3d printers bay before ordering. I then got online after I ordered my cr10 pro v2 and got scared thinking this was a scam site. I called PayPal and they told me I needed to wait 5 days before making a claim. That day I got a ups tracking # from them. The second day it was shipped from California the third day it was delivered to my home in utah. 3 days total I received a brand new in box perfect condition cr10 pro v2 exactly what I ordered way cheaper than any other site. I agree with some other reviews that this is a company that has problems just like any other. My experience was perfect take that for what it's worth.

I received the Artillery Sidewinder X2 a few days ago. Delivery was about 9 days, and was tracked using UPS Tracker. The printer assembly was simple; only 3 large pieces with screws already installed. Some instructions for bed leveling were not fully clear, but YouTube helped here. Prints were much faster than the Ultimaker 3, and were perfect; no strings, and smooth, using PLA+ from Micro Center. The touch screen looks good, but has had some mis-touches (maybe needs calibration). Still, I like this 3D printer. Very happy with the printer and the delivery.
It came!!! Everything is perfect! Shipping because of the pandemic delayed the shipment. I am printing without any issues!
I ordered my Ender 3 v2 on New Years Eve. It has been 3 weeks, and all I get is a run around. The communication is lackluster, and the responses that I get tell me that my printer is NOT coming from a "warehouse" in the U.S.

1/26 Just got an email saying that they are waiting for a shipment from factory. Could be another 7 to 10 days for them to recieve, and an additional 3-5 to ship to me.
I bought two printers from them
I bought two printers from them, The Ender 5+, and the FLSUN QQS-Pro. Neither printer has ever worked without major maintenance. The QQS-Pro arrived with terribly damaged belts, had to be repaired, and even when repaired, never worked quite right. When I contacted PIRATEbay about it, they put me onto a FLSUN person and left the chat. That was their customer service.
The Ender 5+ has never worked well either, and the extruder arrived in bad shape. Again, their answer is to put you onto a rep from the other company, and disappear. Two strikes is enough for me, I'm not giving them another chance. You shouldn't either.
Great, fast service, good prices
Could have bought my printer direct from the manufacturer, price was about the same, but thought having a USA company provide it in case of any issues was a good idea.
I am very pleased that I did. There was a minor shipping issue with the manufacturer, and Andy responded to my email within the hour to set it straight. Everything arrived in pristine condition and my first several prints came out perfect. I will be continuing to use 3DprintersBay with confidence.

These have to all be fake reviews. Their customer service is horrible. Printer came broken it's been a month still no part. They want me to redo a ticket that's already been done with the manufacturer. They will make you deal with the manufacturer and not do anything to make it right. You will have to pay shipping to send it back. You are taking a gamble when you order from them I hope your printer doesnt have any issues. I am out to warn any and everyone. Terrible experience.
