Perfect experience. Found beautiful architectural model I was looking for for a while, only available at Hum3D, with the aim to print it in 3D. Great support, different iterations for full optimisation without a problem and rapid turnover. The resulting printfile is beautiful and full of details.

The models I received were extremely high quality and the CAD conversion exceeded my expectations. Great customer service as well. Thanks!!

People do not sell real stuff, only files. And do not refund your money.

Great modeling work. I got custom options for an existing model, and additional export requests were handled easily. There was good discussion about rider options on the motorcycle base model, and the part separation requested was done accurately and quickly.

From our point of view this is a fraudulent site. It shows off a huge inventory of 3D models but these seem to be fake. We purchased a 3D model of the Hololens 2 for ~$45. Never received any mail, any model, any link. We received no replies to any of our mails. There is no number to be called of course. We ended up having to claim back the money from the credit card company.

Five days ago I purchased the jpeg and blueprint images from Hum2D. I spent $50 for the service and never got a link for the items. The $50 has been posted to my account, and I have not yet received any kind of link or response to 4 emails I have sent you. I keep sending an email to your support and info email and have not received one response. I have purchased many items from Hum3D. WHY CAN'T YOU GUYS RESPOND TO THE EMAILS I HAVE SENT? But you have no problem charging me!!

Advertised a google speaker for $40, not marked as a 3D downloadable image but an actual speaker. It was listed under google max speakers on google shopping. I've never downloaded their software and emailed them multiple times and they are unwilling to issue a refund. Horrible company and terrible communication. I would not do business with them again. I plan to spread this review on social media.

SCAM + Trolling =Hum3D

They Lie About the TEXEL density they do render from FAR and look good but when u buy the mesh you will see the "4k texture" is a joke the texture is strech out like a 256px strecth to fit 4k ... so BAD Quality and the support just troll you by saying go to google.com and of course no refund !

JUST AVOID and run away from them they are just lier for the list of client it just false or not up to date

WORST ever. Does not deliver model as shown in the picture and rather than offering help only tells you do add more services at a €100 each to actually make the model work as shown and advertised in the photos. I really feel scammed. I cannot recommend them at all. They avoid all questions, do not answer, only keep pitching for upgrades and do not refund either. According to their FAQ they would offer help if the model is not working, well they do NOT they try to force you to buy their additional services to make the model work as it was original advertised.

In addition I spent all this money and now they closed my account so while I have not received a refund I can also now not access the files I actually purchased and paid for. UNBELIEVABLE _ NEVER EVER USE THEM.

I bought an Oldsmobile Aurora with an interior 3D model from them. It's perfectly accurate to the real model. Besides the Oldsmobile, I bought many other car models from them like Chery Tiggo3, Lexus UX and etc which all of them are awesome. I really like Hum3D, they have a top variety of unique cars, amazing weekly and Black Friday discounts.

Models are precise, and their response was quick to my support request.

Not only is model quality exceptional, Hum3D supply Blender-native quad-face models with excellent topology.

Only downside is they need better estimates on cab design. At this time of writing, Hum3D generally estimates a 2-3 week turnaround for a cab interior. I asked for the cab interior of a large modern truck with a sleeper berth. To be fair, this is a MASSIVE cab, and very detailed. It took 9 weeks to deliver, and this impacted my use deadlines. After 5 weeks I started emailing them, asking for status updates: support kept saying 'soon'. I would have appreciated a screenshot of the WIP to assure me the project was actually being done.

That said, the result was spectacular: excellent fidelity, good basic materials.

I had a great experience with them. The model had some missing parts which after contacting them they were taken care of.

High quality 3D models, fast turn-around time. A pleasure to work with.

Great company. Quick, hungry, reactive and fast turn around times.
What’s even better if one points them to improvement potential on their 3D Models they are willing to go the full length and re-model and improve this. A rarity amongst the 3D modeling houses.

Hum3D staff reacts promptly and accurately to whatever issues or optimizations we are requesting, sometimes even within minutes, despite the vast time zone difference! Just awesome! I can thoroughly recommend Hum3D

Ordered a model with custom rig and animation based on supplied short video. Very happy with the result and quality of the work, highly recommended.
