Una truffa!
Ho acquistato una statuetta personalizzata da questi signori convinto, come chiunque, che il risultato finale sarebbe stato fedele alla foto caricata durante l’ordine. Invece, quello che ho ricevuto è qualcosa di completamente diverso, che non ha nulla a che vedere con l’immagine fornita.
La somiglianza è praticamente inesistente: proporzioni sbagliate, dettagli assenti e un risultato generale che definire approssimativo è un complimento. Sembra un prodotto fatto senza alcuna attenzione o rispetto per il cliente.
Trovo gravissimo che venga richiesto di caricare una foto specifica se poi il risultato finale non viene minimamente rispettato. Questo non è un semplice “scostamento”, è una totale difformità del prodotto rispetto a quanto promesso.
Esperienza estremamente negativa sotto ogni punto di vista. Servizio deludente e prodotto inaccettabile. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di acquistare da loro.
