Still waiting
I bought a refurbished MacBook Air and it instantly had problems. Screen flashing. Going flat while there’s still 40% left. I received a call from 3cnz after emailing the site, and they said they would help. I’m still waiting for the help. I’ve emailed many times and still no reply. Get back to me.

I was a bit hesitant at the start for two reasons I brought this off marketplace, and it was an out-of-town purchase, so I was weary about it and I was also wary about buying a refurbished iPad, The service was great, they knew I needed it asap, so they put it on an overnight Courier for me and rang me and told me and I received at the very next day and I’m extremely happy with it and it goes really well.

Super Helpful
Super easy to work with, they didn't have quite what I was looking for but they gave me the next model up at no extra charge. Delivery was overnight, had the product in hand less than 24 hours after I knew I needed it. Legends.

Hassle Free Prompt Service
The purchase was quick and hassle free.
Don't remember much of post sales communication, only to mention the purchase is complete and item has been dispatched.
If option could be provided where the laptop could be upgraded I.e more rams or sdd more storage.
Apart from that the postage and handling was quick.
Laptop arrived safely well packaged, had some cosmetic damage, base, where the power plug goes in, usb . There are marks on screen only visible when switched off.
Apart from that it is a good buy, and had an update to win 11. I am pleased with it.
The website is good when using desktop.
On the phone I had to use desktop feature.
For my next purchase "in future" I will consider 3C Tech first.
