Use a reputable company, not these guys.

Had these guys install an alarm and they refused to give me the administrator code, they were insisting I subscribe to their maintenance package to have the alarm serviced, I never wanted that, just an install. Basically that means the alarm isn't mine. My neighbours that did sign up to the maintenance package are waiting months for service. They even threatened legal action against me if I left a negative review. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
