I ordered 2 shirts for my husband for Father's Day. He told me, after they came, that he is only wearing those dry-wick shirts now so I tried to return them. I have emailed them 4 times in the past 2 weeks - no reply - I have tried the support@carmeds that they tell you to use - nothing is there - I tried texting to the text # that told me they were being delivered - no reply - now I have read their page about refund policy & you can tell they are not in any way going to try to help you - they have too many excuses - I cannot believe there is absolutely no way to contact them. I guess I threw away $48. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE LOSERS!!!!!!!!

Ordered a keychain and a hoodie in November to give as a Christmas present. The hoodie arrived but not the keychain. I spoke to them on 30th of November and they said they would send it asap. I’ve followed up with emails every other day since then and only got two answers, one saying they sent it and that they would send me the tracking and second time that they would check with a colleague and reply asap.
It’s been over 3 weeks and they stopped replying.

Terrible customer service, you don’t get what you order and they ignore your emails when you ask for a refund for a product you didn’t receive. Avoid it.

I ordered two keychains, a turbo and a piston head. First of all, it's pretty overpriced for two small keychains, but I'll look past that. The website says that they're a small U.S based company that makes their products in the U.S. Shortly after my purchase I'm notifed that the order is being shipped with Yun express from China. If I knew it was from China I wouldn't have purchased it, and from there on out it just goes downhill. Yun express has countless awful reviews and for good reason as I will explain. I didn't have the option for which postage service to choose, which is disappointing. The package moves around China for the first week, and I get very fake-looking updates. Then I get no updates for a whole week. Finally it makes it to Australia, where Auspost takes care of it, and it was fine from there (In terms of shipping). I open the package to see that one of the keychains they shipped me was the wrong one. It's not that hard to ship me what I ordered. But no, now I have some other keychain that I didn't order. And the keychain that they got right (the turbo) has a pretty big scratch on the colour, which doesn't look great. I email them saying that they shipped me the wrong thing, and that I'd like them to ship me what I payed for. They ignore my email. The one thing they did right, the turbo keychain, is the only thing I'm happy with, despite the scratch. But overall considering everything else they did wrong, that's a absolute 1 star experience from me. I won't be buying from these guys again. And I don't recommend you buy from them either.

The best phone cases. I purchased a phone case for my iPhone 12 pro. It takes a week to arrive. The quality is great. It's a dual layer phone case, super durable, the print is nice and clean. I love it.

Awful customer service and experience. I accidentally created the order and asked to cancel it immediately but they refused it. The shipment also took ages. Avoid in any possible means.

Excellent customer service. Fast shipping and great products, really I wouldn't be happier. Definitely recommend.
