I have been using 360 digital bay for almost 4 years now they’ve done multiple websites 4 for me. And recently finished my website for my event. They went above and beyond for it and make it extremely professional and amazing year friendly. Connected the merchant, the affiliate software and have done multiple edits. They are extremely knowledgeable and very responsive this has been a great experience working with them and with another company loading we just secure another domain and planning to use them for a 5th one too.

This company fails to inspire trust. Their advertisement claims to offer a comprehensive website for $250, but that’s misleading. Additionally, their communication leaves much to be desired; I often had to repeat my requirements, but my feedback seemed to fall on deaf ears. They requested a deposit upfront, which I paid, but then insisted on receiving full payment before the project was even finished. Now that the website is complete, they've informed me that I need to purchase a server to run it, which costs an astounding $2,000—information they never disclosed to me beforehand. To make matters worse, Rob has refused to grant me access to the necessary code. RUN

I interviewed 8 firms for re-designing my current website for "The Tashi Chronicles" - unique because it involves a children's book - dogs - and elements many website designers are unfamiliar with. Rob Harris and his team were true professionals - very responsive - very patient with me - flexible in my many requests and changes - Their pricing was great - plus I have decided to Host my new Website with them going forward. It has been a great experience.

True Professionalism~
My introduction to 360 Digital Bay company was with Jerry Stevens the owner, also working with Rob... wonderful. Thereafter, Dani Darwin was fabulous, the Project Manager (along with his team) really jumped in and made my vision come to life down to each detail. Dani was helpful, informative, patient and understood the concept of what I was looking to achieve while allowing me to bring a greater contribution to my goal. The project was completed and note there is also room for additions to my website as my business continues to grow. Lastly, I will be able to contact Dani/The team with any further questions or updates going forward...Love it!

The team at 360 DB has been really great throughout the whole process. I had them create a website for a startup company in the rental business. They took all of my ideas and made them come to life. What a great experience I had with 360Digitalbay. Working with Rob Harris was very easy and the process was very fluid. Building a website can be very stressful but with Rob Harris the process was great. Rob was always available and always answered his phone. I recently tried out this animation video service, and let me tell you, it's like they sprinkled magic animation dust on my ideas! 🌟 From prompt delivery to smooth communication, they care about customers more than my cat cares about treats.
