I contacted 2nd Chance Limited by email because my Golf Buddy watch would not charge and it was still under warranty. I had a reply the next day and after sending photos of the watch and purchase receipt I was contacted by Joseph Willis who asked me to return the watch to them for his attention. 5 days later Joseph Willis emailed me to say they were unable to replace the battery without damaging the watch so they were sending me a replacement watch.
