The recovery guy came very quickly - much appreciated - and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The confusing thing was the menu system when I called. Lots of options for if you've br... See more

Excellent Service. Polite, helpful, skilled mechanic who managed to get my vehicle started and advised on the fault. I had needed to attend the hospital, and my vehicle broke down. I had previously had a new battery fitted. The mechanic advised that he believed the battery to be faulty and to get it changed, for free under its 5-year warranty. I have followed his advice and have had no problems since. Thankyou.

I am writing this review while still stranded 130 miles away from home due to the appalling service from 2Gether Insurance and Emergency Assist.
I hold a policy with full UK cover, £0 callouts, and almost every add-on selected (including Parts & Labour). I locked my keys inside my Skoda Fabia, and they dispatched a patrol with a lockout kit. The technician was unable to gain entry.
Instead of fulfilling their duty of care by providing recovery to my home/garage or sending a specialist, 2Gether/Emergency Assist declared the incident "complete" and refused to offer any further help or towing unless I paid extra out of pocket.
They have completely abandoned me. I have been left stranded at a relative's house to figure this out entirely on my own. I have now had to arrange a private mobile auto-locksmith out of my own pocket just to get my keys back and get home.
Leaving a paying customer stranded far from home and forcing them to sort out and pay for emergency services themselves is unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint demanding full reimbursement for the locksmith bill as soon as this is resolved.

Setting up the policy was easy. The important bit is how you manage a claim, though. I can't comment on that, and hopefully I never will.

I had a policy with 2Gether insurance in my old car. After I changed car, I got a new policy with them, but didn't realise the old one was set to auto-renew. They were very helpful and cancelled the old policy since I couldn't use it and had a new policy with them on my current car.

Easy to access the website from money supermarket and simple to join the organisation. Don’t know if the turnout response is up to scratch because I haven’t broken down yet and hope that I won’t have to use them.

I like your presentation. I also like your price. I also like you get a lot of services for money and now I'll wait and see if you can live up to all you promise. Thank Steve.

Very competitive quote but with all these type of demand led services, the reality will be in the event of a breakdown which hopefully will not be necessary
That's when my Trust pilot review will carry due gravitas 🤞

We broke down whilst driving through Croatia, on contacting the company I was informed that although I had full European cover I had not informed the company where I would be at that time and so was not covered ! As I was randomly travelling around Europe with no itinerary that was only possible if I phoned them every day to say where I would be. Had to pay for a very expensive tow from the motorway will find a better policy next time !!!
