I recently discovered a seller advertising fake products on their site such as AirPods and Rolexes. Reported it to them and apparently that is no infringement on their policies. Allowing people to get scammed with fake products is a big no-no in my opinion and should not be allowed. It’s a pity they have a monopoly in the Belgian online second hand market. Stay away.
Awful. I got truly scammed on this site and twice..no point in complaining though because you never win. Some of the sellers are so smart that you end up paying even though somewhere you know it's a scam..best is, just delete the ap and never use it again.
Such a terrible site and company.
Bunch of jokers working in their IT department. Terrible context of a site, and their system blocks people from logging in for no reason, and then contacting customer support takes week.
They block people all day from using their rotten site. They're racist and sexist and falsely advertise.
If someone scams you, the management of 2dehands doesn't halp you at all.. I bought an expensive watch, but the seller dont sent it, he just keeps on telling he will do it the next day, and he didnt remove the advertisement, so he could be selling the same 350 dollar watch to different victims..
