Outstanding service !
Ordering process went well, phone came quickly. However the almost new iPhone 8 with a new battery goes from 20% battery to shutting off within one minute. Whilst I am not happy with the product the service I received after reporting it was OUTSTANDING. They went over and beyond to make it up and in the end it was all fine !
Can only recommend this place !

Hi Uli, For these kinds of issues we provide warranty however it could also be a simply calibration issue which we can easily walk you through by phone or email. Worst case scenario would be that the battery needs replacement. Could you please contact us so we can discuss the options ?
