I paid for Express shipping but did not receive the banner in time for the event. I contacted customer service and did not hear back. I have not been issued a refund for the express shipping. The banner itself is well produced.

We're so sorry Fedex didn't deliver your banner on time and we can definitely refund you the shipping fee, but we also offered you a complete refund if you didn't need the banner anymore. Great customer service!!
I had a question about my upload and called your customer support and it was taken care of immediately. Also, he noticed that the image was slightly blurry and made it sharp. Mind you, the print was 55x79 and so it being blurry would have been noticeable but it turned out AMAZING!!!! It looks so good in my living room!
