Support Ticket

2BrightSparks responded to my support ticket even though I am a free ware user, going beyond their normal terms of business.

The advice provided was succinct and accurately recognised my problem, provided the solution and how to address it. Problem solved.

Happiness in using BrightSparks Customer Service

I have often had difficulty when installing new versions of BrightSparks Synchback program upgrades over the years, but I always have excellent luck when contacting their customer support for help. Each time, I've been fortunate enough to reach Ms. Swapna N. She's always answered promptly, usually the very next day, and has stuck with me over sometimes multiple exchanges. She's extremely patient and nice, and her instructions are clear and effective. I highly recommend Ms. N. and the program I most use from BrightSparks, Synchback SE (currently v. 12). Kudos to BrightSparks for having such wonderful standards in hiring Ms. N.!

Great support

I have recently installed SyncBackSE. It is a 'feature rich' product and I contacted their help desk twice with questions about customising the product. In both cases I received a response within 24 hours that fully answered my questions.

Great helpdesk!!!

I had installed the SyncBack Touch app on my phone and wanted to back up my music files on my PC with SyncBackSE, but I couldn't connect the phone to the PC. I asked 2Brightsparks' helpdesk for help and got an immediate response, even though it was a Sunday! And this employee told me the right solution and now I can make backups very easily.

Very prompt response to query

Very prompt response to query. Clearly explained the additional infomation that they requried and, after providing it, they responded quickly with clear and concise instructions for resolution. Overall, very efficient!

Successful conclusion

The 2BrightSparks support person was very responsive, but didn't immediately spot an invalid SyncBackSE parameter which I appear to have read somewhere (probably an AI summary!). He worked with me to solve my problem quite rapidly.
