Not overly customer friendly

Brought some coins from their "Westminster" trading division.
The parcel was just left on my doorstep in full view as it was too big to fit through the letter box and while I accept that leaving it here was not Westminster's fault, the non letter box packaging was.
Their response was for me to contact Royal Mail and complain to them, rather than them reconfigure the packaging that they send out or charge the extra and send them with a signature required
