No action on product quality
I bought a shirt in same brand and type I bought a couple of years back. The fabric changed and thereby the quality is much less than it was. 24MX is not willing to discuss my complaint with the manufacturer. By Dutch law they are obliged too but they don’t and send me to the manufacturer. I don’t have any leverage as a single buyer so I am left with a crap shirt while 24MX buys in bulk so they can use their leverage on the quality aspect of the goods supplied.

Indien u van oordeel bent dat de kwaliteit van het shirt er op verslechterd is doorheen de jaren, kan u zich best richten tot de ontwikkelaar zelf. Wij verkopen immers enkel hun spullen en hebben dus geen invloed op de kwaliteit van hun artikelen.
In uw geval is het duidelijk dat het shirt ergens blijven haperen is waar het dus niet tegen bestand is. Dit is dus geen productiefout en een gebruikersfout.
