Got replacement with no bother
I ordered Airoh Commander 2, but it arrived damaged. 24MX support was great - they sent me replacement one without me needing to ship first one back.

The delivery timing has repeatedly been unacceptable. I have experienced numerous delays with 24MX, and the worst case is when an expected delivery time is provided but the actual delivery takes nearly three times longer.
