Ordered a coat in SEPTEMBER.. it’s now November! I’ve been chasing and chasing. Originally they denied knowing about the order and then said they forgot to process it. Apparently, 4 months later, it’s out for delivery. Doubtful. I feel scammed.

Don't buy from these people. I placed TWO separate orders, and both were delivered to incorrect addresses. I filed two separate claims with PayPal, but all they did was confirm that the items were delivered somewhere. That's it. The fact that both items were delivered to wrong addresses didn't seem to phase PayPal at all. No merchandise, and no refund.

Ripped off by this lot despite reporting to PayPal. They provide made up courier tracking details. No proof of delivery (as nothing has been delivered) and supported by PayPal ruling in their favour despite the many complaints against the ‘supplier’. Shame on PayPal for supporting this racket

I like the Rest of the people have been RIPPED OFF. Paid for coat in September. They also sent tracking number which the Royal Mail CAN'T FIND. PAYPAL should REMOVE them and listen to the people who are telling the TRUTH

Do not buy from this company I bought trainers from them in august never received them.PayPal have now denied my claim seems they received false shipping info from them and believed them I am going to appeal it not happy at all they are not keeping my money shame on you PayPal !!

I ordered a coat from this company Oct 10th advertised on Facebook and I still havent recieved it. I have tried to contact this company but no joy. Out of pocket and no Coat. Hate scammers

Never received the goods and Paypal denied my Case - they must be providing Paypal with fake shipping and delivery details. "Amazingly" the "delivery" took place 2 days before I complained.
This company must be making millions from consumers - I have lost £35 but if 100,000 people are scammed then they make £3.5M for doing nothing! I have told Paypal that this is fraud, but they say they cannot help me get my money back!

Never received the item. Tracking code says it's delivered, but it never was.

Ordered 3 months ago, arrived today. Ordered 5 tops and got totally random stuff in random sizes and colours, Not like the picture AT ALL and not what i ordered. Feeling so fooled😭
Looks like something you would buy in a market in bankok. ONE SIZE FITS ALL! I wil never wear these tops, ever.. and its a shame caue i used like 80$ on them😡😭😭

DO NOT but from these scammers. They have not delivered an item I ordered in September. Paypal have denied my claim stating they have seen evidence. Google the name above and multiple complaints are on there going back months and PayPal are still allowing this scam to continue and refusing refunds to their customers. IT IS A SCAM.

I have also been scammed by this company , I paid through PayPal and have not received the item I bought. They have given me and incorrect tracking number and claim this has been delivered which it hasn’t now they will not answer my emails .nor will PayPal uphold my case.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are scammers - selling on Facebook as Cherrydusk AKA Jinzhou Network Technology Co. I ordered something beginning Sept, paid via PayPal, nothing received. After numerous emails when all they could say is be patient and to check tracking. They’ve been saying that for weeks so I opened case with PayPal who very quickly ruled in my favour and confirmed a refund. This company and all its other ‘trading entities ’ needs investigation, they are defrauding many people. Facebook also need to do something, although Cherrydusk seems to have disappeared from my Facebook!!

I ordered and paid for a pair of sandals back in September. After countless e-mails back and forth to them, they just make excuse after excuse. Never ever use this company for anything as they are great at taking money but nothing else.

They advertise on facebook, you can pay by pay pal, but they send ridiculous items and they refuse to give your money back.

Can't understand how PayPal still let them work with their payment system... only reason why i trusted them.....

My order that was paid for via Paypal never arrived and the company has sent some false info to Paypal saying that the item had been delivered to either myself or an authorised proxy - well, I don't have a proxy!! They are lying, untrustworthy and are getting rich with dishonestly pocketing OUR money!! However, why am I not surprised? I will never again buy anything other than from European companies with a good reputation.

They sent the wrong size boots which took a month to arrive - they smell of very strong glue and are very poorly made. They arrived from a UK address but inorder to get my refund I emailed their return PayPal email address numerous times and in the end have called paypal. Well surprise surprise - they will refund me after I send the boots back to an address in China. They have given me 10 days!

This company is also selling under the name of "honeysky". I ordered from honeysky.net however my PayPal receipt was for jinzou technology. I ordered on 10/25/2020 and actually received my item on 11/16/2020. The item was not even close to what was advertised the site advertised a projector that included both halloween and Christmas graphics but what I actually got was a large white plastic sheet that they are calling a screen ...no projector. Customer service is non existent dumping into generic support inboxes

I too have been scammed by JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO. LTD. Last August (2020) I ordered a pair of grey soft leather boots from them. I did not receive them and, following emails back and forth with the company, they said they had sent my parcel to the wrong address and checked that they had my correct address. They said they would re-send my parcel! Again I waited several more weeks, but felt I was justified in escalating my complaint to a claim for compensation from PayPal. I have just been informed that my claim has been denied by PayPal because the company had provided them with a genuine tracking number!! I have lodged three complaints with the PayPal Complaints Department but these have remained unanswered!! I am down £30 that I could ill afford, but am angry and frustrated that the Company, PayPal and Facebook have got away with fraud and there is nothing I can do about it.
