This is a company that has put in system to overcharge people. They will say one price on phone, and then "magically" additional hours and extra documentation work is added to the bill. Then they make it hard to contact support, you can forget to call them they will not anwer. After fighting with their support for some time they could finally accept that I refused to pay the high price for something I had not agreed to. It was a completely standard request that took the electrician 5 minutes to find, and they charged 2 hours + car and for a documentation of the problem that I didn't even see.

I appreciate that they got the work done and saved us from a difficult situation, but they also took advantage of our situation and price gouged us at a ridiculous level. It was one thing to be charged the expected (but still obscenely ridiculous) price of 8000 NOK for about 30 minutes of work, but to also charge us 10000 NOK for a part that cost less than 1000 was absolutely unethical.

All seemed fine until it was time to pay.

It was a quick and streamlined service, and they asked me many times if I could pay in advance because of the short notice. I was desperate, so I said ok and paid a hefty sum, the amount I was led to believe the service would cost.

A man came, spent 30-40 minutes at my place, and left. Quick, simple.

Then the bill came. The materials cost more than 3x retail price (because of the warranty, logistics, and responsibility, whatever that means), I had to pay for an extra hour of work because of transportation, but then I also had to pay for transportation separately.

After paying the initial hefty sum, I then had to pay AGAIN, and more than that first time.

During conversations with them, I was NEVER told the initial price was not the total, and that my bill would double by the end of the job.

Terribly expensive ordeal, would not use again.

Not a smart choice. Just an "agency/platform” that find a technical source making the job extra expensive. Definite no go ! Almost 8000nok for re-installation of two contact boxes, two pluggs and 3meter kabling.

Quick and effective, however very expensive for the actual service provided (we needed a locksmith at short notice and calling 24 Center more than doubled what we would have paid from 1400 to 3200 NOK). So, it would be best to check directly with the service provider you need.

company send wrong people to fix the problem and charge you for the visit. They do not have qualified people who can understand the problem and place order. Small kids from school are in customer support , they know nothing about the work and the problems.
