Poor Service and unable to facilitate order delivery, Order No: 105285879
Ordered blinds for my new build which was meant to arrive on Monday 9th May was not delivered by 247blind's chosen courier XDP. Two more delivery attempts have failed yesterday and today (11/05). Have spoken with the 247blinds customers for 3 consecutive days and requested that a different courier be used as I have been taking deliveries from DPD and Royal Mail. 247blinds customer care personnel have not helped in any way. They are also unable to phone XDP, only rely emails. This is my first and bad experience with 247blinds, not sure if I can advise friends, as customer management is really poor. Not impressed at all. Left sad and with regrets as my house has remained exposed since the last three days.
