Covid test
Firstly, despite government guidelines that one should take the 2 day PCR covid test, this never happened for the following reasons-
- you don’t operate over the public holidays therefore I received my test kit 4 days after I arrived in England from abroad
- after paying for a same day results service I sent the test kit the same day I took it and only received the results late the following day

Test never arrived
The test never arrived and we never got confirmation if the test was shipped. This impacts our traveling within the UK and we have to find another test center. I wouldn't recommend them.
Order didn’t arrive on time
Clicked through on the UK suggested testing website for the 48 hour test to enter the country from the US. When completed the order on the 24th it asked when I wanted it delivered and I replied with 26th. No other information given. When arrived at the hotel it wasn’t delivered. I then got on there website to see delays in shipping with the holidays. Wasn’t scheduled to arrive until the 29th after my 48 hour testing period and I had already left that hotel. I was out the over $200 for these tests and had to spend another $200 on other tests. Should have been notified before I was able to close our order.

Very bad
Very bad. The PCR test for day 2 came after 5 days to arrive. I asked for my money back because I needed to order another PCR from another company to go out, because I couldn't go out without a negative PCR. Don't buy this.

This service unfortunately didnt serve the purpose at all. Booked the test on time whilst in Fuerteventura paid £64.99 soas to get the kit on tuesday after arriving on monday evening. Couldn't get to work being a nurse with this shortage and high demand inthe health services. Couldn't leave my premises, got the kit only this afternoon and sent it back. I am still going to wait for the results before i can be free with activities of daily living.

I bought the day 2 and day 8 tests from this company - never received a tracking number or any further info. My day 2 test never arrived and after 3 hours on hold, I was told they could either resend the tests or I could get a full refund but would have to go elsewhere for the day 2 test. It’s too late for me to try and find a test today so I have elected to get the tests resent - who knows if I’ll actually get them. Everything was blamed on Royal Mail and I was told this had never happened before. Now that I’ve read all the bad reviews I can see this was a lie. Wish I had seen the reviews before! Luckily I bought a test to release from randox and it has already arrived. Do not book with this company! It should be removed from the governments list of approved providers as they’re nothing more than a bunch of crooks!

Very poor service, I booked my test on 24th and my day 2 is 26th but I received the kits on 30th, no email, no call to explain that there is a delay. I tried calling between 26th and 29th no one answered.

Waited 2 hours on the line, only for it to be disconnected when it was supposed to be my turn.
Tests were ordered on 28th of December with a guarantee of being dispatched within one day. It's 30th and there is no sign of test being here. No reference code, no nothing.
Paid £65 for same day result but they haven't even been sent within same day.
Absolute scam, I hope they will face some legal consequences as this is a joke.
Test kit arrived late, results never arrived
Day 2 Test kit arrived end of Day 3. The company is very shady. You need to wait 1.5 hours on the phone to speak to someone who does not care about you and cannot be bothered to even pull up your order - they just give you canned answers like "we'll ship your test kit today" and you never get it. You basically spend 1.5 hours on the phone to listen to them lying to you. They do not respond to email. Sounds like the perfect scam. I am surprised how unethical companies like Agtesting and 247hometesting.com make it on the UK Government's website to make a killing out of defrauding unsuspecting travelers and visitors to the UK. The government must force these companies to issue refunds (they have a no refund policy). I sent my results back on the 30th Dec, today is the 6th Jan and I still have no results. I'm stuck because of these clowns. On the 10th I can exit self-isolation anyway without the results (Day 14), so we basically wasted £300 pounds for nothing. They also had the audacity to send me an email asking for a trustpilot review despite sending me no results. Those of you asking how to find these people on Google, search for "nlclinic southgate" - they are part of nlclinic in London. Please leave them a "nice" review.

Do not recommend this company at all! They didn't send a tracking number of the parcel, they didn't send a test kit for day 8, they didn't answer my emails at all and phone calls by the hours. Finally, after somebody answer, they said shortly: tomorrow is a bank holiday, we will send it the day after and the day after you will get results. It will be my 11th day of quarantine. Just hope, it will be done as they said. After red all those recensions, I scare a lot... I paid 100$ for both tests, and they do not care. Sad. Staying at home for 10 days in good conditions and healthy is anyhow sick. This behaves makes me sick more!

Shocking company - Avoid at all costs
Shocking fraudulent company - do not use. paid over £200 for 3 x PCR and LFT tests. Could only log one, which took 72 hours for them to process meaning we had to pay for more tests at the airport to board the flight. The 2 day PCR tests cannot be activated on their stupid website which gives us no option than to go and purchase new tests. You cannot speak to anyone via phone or email. I cannot believe this is on the government website!

Shocking service, Bought a set of Day 2-PCR tests. Tests arrived but then everything fell apart. NO results for FOUR days, then one result came back, after 2.5 hours waiting on their so called customer help line - STILL waiting for the second result- SIX days later!!
