This betting company fully fraud.. don't trust them.. iam customer to this company last 5yrs.. but suddenly they were stopped my withdrawal payment .. iam trying for withdraw since last 10days always declined by their operator and they said ur withdraw payment declined by some technical issue... This technical issue only for withdraw not for deposit.. they were always accepting deposit but not allowed for withdraw... They provide Only incoming not outgoing option

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding my withdrawal requests. My account is fully verified, and the name on my 22Bet profile matches my withdrawal method (DANA) exactly. However, every time I attempt to withdraw, the request stays "Pending" for 24 hours only to be "Rejected" later with the status "Denied by operator (Payment processing error)."I have tried withdrawing smaller amounts as suggested, but the result remains the same. I have also contacted Customer Support multiple times, but I only receive automated bot responses and useless templates that do not solve the issue. It feels like the platform is intentionally stalling my payment.

Terrible betting site.

I has 550 euro in my credit, suddenly I found my credit down to 0 and was told that due to some technical issues I was credited twice some payments so they were taking it back.

I checked every deposit and transaction I did and noticed that what they said had no fundaments so I complained to their support who asked me to contact their email at the security team.

I sent them an email and 3 days after still no reply so I was told to write through a Gmail accomuna and I did; once I wrote it they asked me some infos and now it has been literally a full month of them telling me the same exact reply each single day I ask for a follow up.

I get told every single day “ All requests are processed in turn. Please wait, you will get a notification.”

It has been a full month that they froze 550 euro without a real explanation and now it is each single day the same exact reply, they are being ridiculous and this behavior it’s criminal.

They blocked my account out of nowhere! The security department is a complete rip-off! They ask for all the documents and after sending everything, they stop responding. I've tried several times to contact them and there's no response! Basically, they stole all my money.

When I tried to withdraw my money, an extremely long and absurd verification process started, which lasted more than 2 weeks. They kept asking for more and more documents – ID, driver’s license, bank statements, card photos, proof of address, even a utility bill (electricity), passport, and a selfie with a code and date. Every time I submitted something, they came back with another request.

Instead of clearly stating all requirements at the beginning, they keep adding new ones step by step, which only delays withdrawals. Communication is slow, generic, and sometimes even feels intimidating.

In the end, my account was closed for “violation of rules” without any real evidence – just because a friend placed a similar bet. They removed my winnings and only returned my deposit.

It feels like when you win, they start looking for reasons not to pay you.

Dear trustpilot team, I'm a genuine customer in 22bet app. I'm playing in this app since many months. Most of the time this app is legit. But I'm facing few pending deposit issues since months, and I've been contacting that chat support, email support team and call support team as well. The chat support always gives the same reply that (please wait your funds are save with us, I have raised a concern, please wait please wait), the call support is not even calling even after making many requests since a month, email team is not responding.

A total of 87,000 is pending in deposits from their end and it's been more than months and still they are unable to solve. I have all the payment screenshots and my bank statement as proof. I want this to be solved and rest this app is great if the issues are solved.
