Wonderful is the best word I could start with for my review.
We had only visited one other dress shop so not much really to go on.
As soon as we stepped into the shop we were greeted by Amy who gave us a short brief on how to move around the shop safely. It was an absolute delight.
A really good mix of prom gowns in various colors and designs.
The cost of the gowns and quality was outstanding.
Thank you 21 Dresses for making my daughter's prom shopping experience so personal and enjoyable.

I have my doubts when a friend of mine (my bridesmaid) suggested an online store for my bridesmaid dresses. Then I fell in love with this wedding dress and decided to order it ,only four month before my wedding, even though I already spotted a dress. Everybody was worried for me. But the customer service was great and I received my dress 3 weeks after. The fabric was beautiful, the beading work was exceptional and it fitted me like a glove. Thank you 21shop.com! You enlightened the moment.

I order my dream dress from 21shop.com after I try a bunch on to make sure that I look good in what I think my dream dress is - I don't want to get a big princess dress and look like a big fat white poof ball!The entire experience was fantastic... not only did I get the dress custom made to my size... I had never bought anything online before, but I thought at these prices I thought it was worth a try. I ordered easily and waited. I was able to track my order easily and reliably. It took a lot less time than I expected and was delivered to the correct address. The dress is beautiful!! It's exactly as it looks in the picture. Well made and will be perfect on my wedding day. Very glad I shopped with 21shop.com. For Australians- I am a size 6-8 here in Australia but I ordered a size 4. I probably could have ordered a size 2 and it would have been an even better fit. Don't be shy about ordering a small size- the American sizing is much smaller than ours.

I've just bought three dresses from 21shop and they are beautiful! We were let down by our first dress makers so needed dresses quickly but most importantly cheap! The company were great with excellent communication, and they sent out the dresses over a week earlier than they originally estimated. Quality is excellent, both in terms of materials and workmanship. I'm sorry to anyone who has had problems but personally I've found that they have saved or wedding! On the labels on the dresses it says"delivering happiness" and for me certainly that is exactly what they have done

I originally went to this shop because the store offered me a credit on a gown, I had already bought elsewhere that no longer fit me. I ordered two hoop slips with 21shop.com for my friend's upcoming wedding. One for my gown and one for my sister's flowergirl dress，There are many beautiful gowns inside just waiting for you to find them. The woman that helped me is named Orange and she was absolutely amazing in helping me find the prefect gown. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for bridal or formal gowns.
