This company as all other reviews state have no interest in paying out winnings, will take days between email replies to keep asking for more and more random ID until eventually you have them cornered. At which time they will close your account and "confiscate" your winnings. True scammers avoid at all costs. Free spins arent always worth it.

Took the offer of deposit 85 and get a 121% bonus within the first 5 minutes won 275 without touching the bonus so stopped and withdrew.

Withdraw was pending for dats then I received an email saying I'm not longer offered bonuses. Then followed by another email that I'm in breach of clause so they took my winnings away and just refunded my deposit

Clear fabrication and just doesn't want to pay out.

Asked me to verify again however wouldn’t let me redo them ….
Set up Apple Pay as was easier to withdraw but guess what …they said my bank wouldn’t accept payment ..

I won on bonus over 1000 and wouldnt let me withdraw of course it was bonus. i then completed all bonus details wagering requirements to then be able to withdraw my winnings at 900. I withdrew 160 which was 2 hours after the 900. the 160 came no problem. I have since been removed from all promotions and bonuses which was odd. to then be told 4 days after the withdrawl that they've removed my winnings and given me 100. they clearly don't want to pay me what I won. I finished all wagering required on the bonuses.

Certainly one of the worst casinos i've ever played on. Don't be fooled by their deposit bonuses, the slots are rigged. I spun with 20p bets on my first £20, lost my cash balance as I didn't win once. As soon as it went into bonus bets, I got free spins but of course the wagering requirements are high. I made a €40 deposit and they offered me a 121% first deposit bonus which I took. So I went for little play and done 35x wager. I had around 3700 euros on my account as cash, not bonus, got account verified and then when I tried to withdraw my money I got this response:

Absolutely dreadful, won over 2k and tried to withdraw. Was told max winnings using any bonus funds is capped at £100.
When I tried to withdraw the £100 the verification process took over a week. Transparent excuses such as "photo blurred, illegible signature on debit card, passport not British ( its Irish, but I live and work in London).
