Absolute scum

Absolute scum. Allowed me to join, took my deposit and then when I went to play, I was locked out. Went on live chat to be told my account was disabled and they wouldn’t answer any of my questions regarding refund or respond to any of my messages. Be very careful with 21bit Casino.
I deposited my own money and was playing normally when the site suddenly gave me a few so-called “loyalty reward” free spins — 8 spins worth about €0.10 each. I didn’t even claim them.

After that, I kept playing and won around €200 from my real deposit. A few minutes later my balance dropped to about €36, and support said it was because of a “€50 max withdrawal limit from free spins.”

So basically, they give you tiny free spins that you never asked for, and then when you win, they use that excuse to take almost everything back. Total scam setup.

If you value your money, stay away from 21bit — they trap your real deposits under fake bonus rules and call it “terms and conditions.” Avoid at all costs.

Stay away, its a complete fraud. I have been playing in different casinos for years and never experienced this. They keep stalling, asking for different documents everytime. ive been really careful when it comes to casinos- i placed some euros into this casino and won on the game "oink oink". im a fast player and usually spin pretty fast.

after winning 300 euros, i suddenly got a notification that i didnt have enough to play 7 euros at one spin, it went from 300 euros to 30 in a second without spinning and ive lost 270 euros out of the blue.
