Hello Chris. There is an issue on some Android phones (unfortunately outside of our control) whereby some videos do not play if they have been 'forwarded'. In order to make sure the card works, we suggest you 'share' the card rather than 'forward'. Our cards can also be sent via Email and any other multimedia platform if the recipient's WhatsApp is still not permitting playback.

I forwarded couldn’t be opened
I forwarded to my wife and she couldn’t open it. No point in sending a card to me that can’t be opened when forwarded to the person who’s birthday it is

Card was for a friend in America
Card was for a friend in America. It got there on the day and was cheaper than buying a card, the postage to USA and waiting at least 5 days for it to arrive. Will certainly use this service again.

Hello Zo. I am not sure what has happened here. We can see that the card was created and sent but for some reason you have not received it. In future please do reach out to customer service as we can manually deliver the cards if there has been an error in the automated WhatsApp delivery.

I am not very good with tech & devices but I found 2050cards very easy to use & send via what’s app . I will define use them again.

Thanks for this. We are sorry the card could not be fully viewed on Android. If there are ever any issues on playback we always suggest sharing rather than forwarding the card. And there is also the option to share via Email.
