Scammed for Rs 10000. They have a UPI online withdrawal method. I have this withdrawal ID 3809436959. The person who was supposed to send me money on my UPI ID contacted me on phonepe and said please click on yes on UPI online method and I will send the money. Later as I said clicked yes he blocked me and said contact customer service and now the money is deducted from my 1xBet account and not credited to my bank account. IDK why. But this surely is a scam now. Last time also they did the same with us. What bad payment service is this. I want my money back or I'll gave to go to ED. You create such anxiety and trauma for us. What the hell is this.

Please send me my money. It showed a payment provider under the name of Arun Kumar there. Please help me out please. Also the person who contacted me was named Shashi Kant Singh. As per what shows on me PhonePe. Which claimed to be his employee of the payment provider. I have emailed the screenshots the chats and my bank statement. Please help.

On 26 july 2025, I deposited 15K via UPI into my 1xBet account (ID:480930113), and the amount is credited to my account. However, I am unable to place bets on any events or play games. When I try to bet on live events, I get a "stack amount zero" error, and when I attempt to play games, I receive an error stating, "This game isn’t available for you at the moment, please contact support."

I emailed [info-ind@1xbet-team[dot]com, security-en@1xbet-team[dot]com, accounting@1xbet-team[dot]com, india@1xbet-team[dot]com] with my account ID and transaction screenshots over 7 days ago, but I have received no response.
