I am writing regarding a serious issue I am experiencing with 1win’s sports betting service. On 30 April, I requested a withdrawal of ₦220,000 from my 1win account, but the funds have remained pending since that date with no clear explanation or resolution.

On 30 April, I contacted 1win customer support via the official in-app chat, and on 2 May I followed up again by email. Each time I was told only that my withdrawal was “under review” or “processing,” without any specific timeline or proper reason for the delay. Despite these multiple attempts to obtain clarification, no meaningful update has been provided and the money is still not available to me.

Out of frustration, I reached out to 1win through their official Instagram account and commented on their public posts asking for an update about my withdrawal. Instead of offering assistance or a clear response, 1win blocked my Instagram account on 4 May at around 7:00 PM. This made the situation even more distressing, as it feels like my concerns are being ignored rather than resolved. I can still log into my 1win betting account, but my withdrawal remains stuck.

Because of this delay, my rent is now overdue and I am in a very vulnerable financial situation, to the point where I am afraid I could become homeless if this is not resolved immediately. I am requesting that 1win urgently processes my ₦220,000 withdrawal within 24 hours by either manually converting the balance to MYR for a local Malaysian bank transfer, or by enabling a crypto withdrawal option such as USDT or LTC so I can access my funds without further delay. Additionally, I ask to be unblocked on Instagram and to receive a formal apology for the lack of support and the way my inquiries have been handled since 30 April.

I expect this matter to be treated as urgent and resolved promptly so that I can receive my money and avoid further harm.

Each time, they only repeat that I should wait 24 hours, then 72 hours, and that my request has been “submitted” or is “in the payment system process,” but nothing actually changes and no payment is made. I feel that my concerns are not being taken seriously and I am not being given a concrete answer or solution. I clearly request and expect that my pending withdrawal requests, with a total amount of 9,000 NPR, be approved and paid out to my chosen payment methods immediately, without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for the cancellations on 27 April and for the ongoing pending status of my withdrawals since 28 April, as this situation is causing me serious concern about the safety and accessibility of my funds.

On 2 February, I made a payment of ₹50,000 to my gaming account on 1win. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, and a 13-digit UTR (3078042395847) was generated for this transaction. However, the amount has not been credited to my 1win account.

I have already contacted 1win support multiple times. Initially, they were unable to locate the transaction, but later they confirmed that the request has been escalated to the payment provider for further investigation. My application number is PMNT-4650834, and the case is still showing as “in progress.”

Despite waiting for more than 10 days, I have not received any clear resolution. I have also raised a dispute with my bank, and they confirmed that the payment was successfully debited from my account.

I request that my 13-digit UTR transaction be properly traced and activated, and the amount of ₹50,000 be credited to my account without further delay.

If the amount has been received on the beneficiary side but not credited to my account, I request that the funds be either credited to my 1win account or returned to my bank account.

I expect a proper investigation and a clear resolution of this issue at the earliest. If this matter is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate it further with the appropriate authorities.
