The most useless and backward app I have ever used. May as well write a letter to book a taxi, so ridiculous and horrible customer service

They didn't send the taxi, didn't answer the phone for 4 attempts then told me i didn't make a booking, then he found it on the system but said they couldn't do it...20 minutes after pick up time...the guy was also rude on the phone!

Stay Away. Fraudlent Company.

I have been accepting jobs as a partner from 1Taxi.

They do not even check if you’re a licensed private hire operator, anyone can signup and complete a job for anyone. This is not safe and does not comply with legal regulations.

We have completed a few jobs with payments made on time. However, we completed a Job Last friday, with payout scheduled every Tuesdays. We have been trying to get in touch since Friday but noone seems to answer their Diverted “Office Landline”. I sent numerous emails with no response. I put another email threatening that I will report them to trading standards and they called me immediately with a withheld number. He advised me that payment should have been made yesterday but doesn’t know why. I asked him to call me with a contact number instead of a private number. Nick never apologised for the lack of customer service provided, instead he said “ as you know, our phones are diverted to our mobile so sometimes we are busy doing other things”. This is totally unacceptable!

He failed to contact me so we suspended all bookings from 1Taxi till the outstanding payment was made. We requested for it to be made immediately to prevent any cancellations.

However, NICK emailed back saying they do not wish to work with us as we are “unreliable” and he will not be paying us do to us cancelling a job two hours before pickup. We did not cancel the job. We asked him to make payment for the outstanding previous amount so we can complete all the future jobs.

He was very rude when I called him and cut the line on me and declines all my calls. He has blocked our office from calling 1Taxi.

He also said “ Why are you crying for the money” This is unacceptable. It is nothing to do with the money, it is the lack of customer service and failing to make payment on time.

I will be taking this up to trading standards and Action Fraud.

If you are looking to become a partner, STAY AWAY. They will not pay you!

If you are a customer looking to book, STAY AWAY! They do not answer any telephone calls and Nick is very rude if he does answer. You can hear kids screaming and crying in the background!

Very unprofessional service.
