Beware of ordering, I got SCAMMED.

I placed an order on 12/12/25 and it is now 3/20/26. I have sent 14 emails ever since asking for an update & they have recently stopped replying and acknowledging anything I ask. I fulfilled my nearly $75 order for a customized handbag 3 months ago. They admitted to losing my order & said they would expedite a new bag back in January, which I accepted. (Screenshot attached below.) As the weeks passed after that offer, I emailed back asking for an update which they now are ignoring. I have gave them ample time to fix this situation, but am now spreading awareness to the horrible business they are. To put it bluntly, I was scammed. They took my money back in December of 2025 & have not refunded or provided my order.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company - the people use stolen artwork of low resolution which they find online and put onto duvets - the image is horrible and pixelated with awful colours. They know they are ripping people off - do not use !!

The product is terrible

The product is terrible. Print on one side, white on the inside. Not as described at all. Ordered a sweater and got some thin, polyester crap that does not even resemble the item.

Customer service wants photos but do not respond after they are sent. Also phone number listed does not work
Stay away from these guys.

I purchased a Scottish tartan robe

I purchased a Scottish tartan robe, it wasn’t even the plaid on the inside. It was a one sided fabric. The colours were too bright and the pattern was small. I paid over $100. I contacted the company, they asked for pictures as reference to my claim, but I have not received any notion of a refund. I would happy return this garbage.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered in June and after many emails to and from these people I received a cheap rubber wreath worth maybe $5.00. It is truly a piece of junk. They told me they would refund $6.00 but that was all they could do. Of course they never refunded anything. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from them. Lynn
