Broken glass left on side and floor in grandkids bedroom
Trod all over our bush at front of house and destroyed
Fag buts left everywhere
Putty not left to dry before painting
Painting not done to a good standard
Glass panes that were not damaged left dirty and smeary
Dust around whole house left every day without cleaning or properly positioning dust sheets
Broke my double glazing slider by forcing out the panes in 1 room
Wrecked 35 panes of glass by angle grinding the window frame and making huge grooves all over the window panes glass without due care Tried to convince us that they could remedy this with wd40 buffing
the cost of replacement is circa 2k which another glazing company will charge and they said there was no way that you could grind out the glass grooves with wd40 as the damage is so significant
Very good at demanding money every day
Told me that his paid specialists were charging £800 per day ( they were glorified painters at best) and yet my certified plumber and electrician only charge me £300 per day
During the first couple of days it came to light that one1 crittall window needed to have some metal frame filling this took around a couple of hours to remedy and on day3 they demanded an extra £1,500 to fix

We agreed a price for the work after they had inspected and started working on the first window
The only thing they are first at is demanding payments,
Their company name is ,1st local window repair, perhaps the company should be ,shoddy local widow repair,
Have say that I don’t think that on their website the reviews and/or pictures are at all genuine in fact it looks like google has suspended the review process for them due to suspicious activity, so I couldn’t post
In the end we had to kick them off the property and project currently considering going to trading standards
